The majority of our work is done outside of your office environment. Our processes, resources, and systems ensure minimal impact on your internal resources.

We monitor supplier performance throughout a time frame aligned with the supply contract to ensure that all the savings are realised, sustained, and even improved over time. In addition, we collaborate with you on a fully transparent basis throughout the process, allowing you to retain control of all the key aspects of the engagement.

We then stay with our clients for the long term, conducting regular invoice audits. This ensures that we maximise the savings we identify and keep prices in check for the long term.

We then work with you to deliver against your objectives. In practice, this could mean reducing costs. It could mean consolidating suppliers or reducing supply chain time. It could mean generating cash to help your business fund its growth.

We typically begin by reviewing your spending; a thorough analytical view of who is buying what, where and for how much. We do this with minimal interference or resources at your end; we take copies of all your invoices in a certain cost area for the past 12 months. This analysis always throws up some interesting patterns that clients were unaware of before. Our objective analysis uncovers anomalies, spots trends in spending and identifies opportunities to save.

Our clients retain the incumbent in more than 50% of our projects. And as the client, you remain 100% in control of all decision-making. Only this time, you’re making that call based on independent data and impartial advice.

Once we have completed the initial part of our project, what truly sets us apart is our ongoing audit service which keeps you on track over the engagement period, ensuring that identified cost reductions are realised and compliance with the agreed plan is achieved.

How We Work


We prepare a report on your current status quo in the selected cost categories where you think savings may be achieved.


We will present you with an options report, based on our expertise and long-standing experience in the supplier markets to show you where potential savings may be achieved.

Selection and Implementation

Once you have chosen an option, we facilitate the implementation of the savings process in your company.


Over the next 24 – 48 months, we monitor the savings actually achieved in performance reports. These savings are the basis for our remuneration.
