Greg specialises in project management for clients ranging from SMEs to large multinationals and has worked for Expense Reduction Analysts since 1996. He says he particularly enjoys the challenges involved in managing group procurement projects, ranging from manufacturing groups to fast food chains. He has also managed Tran-Tasman group projects.
With his diverse industry background and experience in business process reengineering, Greg can identify cost drivers quickly, find extra profit and implement cost-saving solutions for clients. He is a results-driven project manager and works closely with his clients and their staff to achieve positive and satisfactory results onsite and remotely with minimum effort.
Greg’s clients include DaimlerChrysler, BMW, Philips, Daihatsu, McDonalds, Canon, Sky City and several District Health Boards.
Prior to joining ERA in 1996, Greg Lim worked in project management for TranzRail and 3M. He has also worked in various industry sectors, such as transport and logistics, importing/distribution, and market research.
Greg has a Bachelor of Management Studies. He was born and raised in Hamilton but now lives in Auckland. He says he supports both the Chiefs.
