Roger has significant expertise in the print and packaging, industrial gases, food and manufacturing industries. He has over 30 years of extensive senior management experience in manufacturing and also in his own businesses.
With ERA he has developed a remarkable record of profit, process and cost improvements in a wide range of companies and industries in the print, packaging, freight, insurance and telecommunications sectors.
His clients include; Hesketh Henry, Interpac Packaging Limited, Richard Kidd Marketing Ltd, Wickliffe, ETCO, ETEL, Status Produce, Elizabeth Arden, API, Easiyo, Methven, Lifestream, and The Cooperative Bank.
He has held both executive and governance positions in significant enterprises such as the BOC Group, Whitcoulls, Printpac, Bowater and MiTek. Roger has managed both large ($200m sales – 1000 employees) and small businesses with a constant focus on efficiency. This has included significant acquisitions and rationalisation.
He holds a B.Technology (Food) Degree. A keen Rotarian; Roger has been President of Rotary Newmarket, Director of Rotary NZ World Community Services Ltd, and was District Governor in 2016. Roger is active and enjoys sailing having owned several yachts in Auckland.
